Meet Reggie (Dewayne) Carter

Meet Reggie (Dewayne) Carter

I started back in 2012 and how I got started, well (lol), I was talking to a young lady who ended up going to jail and one day, I was bored scrolling through facebook and seen one of my friends who was in a company called empower network. It was a company thought taught you about self-development and how to blog, now I didn’t make any money but I learned a lot.

Now, let’s fast forward a few months, the same friend joined another company called dsd (drop ship domination) which teaches you how to sell on eBay and Amazon without owning any products. Crazy huh, basically, all you are doing is copying and pasting the product info from one site and putting it on another site and raising the price and getting the difference. So, a few months in and the money is rolling in, I was excited about telling my friends and family about my new business and only a few people cared people said it was a joke, family didn’t believe in me, you know most people are stuck in that work, a job.

Anyway, so I started making money, talking about I was averaging $1k-3k a month in sales, but at the time, my mind was bad I was partying, buying rims, spending my nights in different hotels, just partying every weekend! So then, guess what happened, my account got shut down. I stopped paying my fees and started getting bad reviews, so I took this downtime to get my mind right. I started getting into personal development, listening to motivational speakers, changing my habits, my friends, cutting people out of my life who was causing me distractions. I have created over tons of sites and help tons of people start their business and make money online as a social media coach!

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Lack of faith from family and friends and failed relationships.

Reggie Dewayne Marketing Group – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
What I do is to help entrepreneurs thrive using social media. I am known for helping entrepreneurs start their business from the ground up. What sets us apart is we actually care about our clients and their success.

We provide marketing, website creation, we have a makeup artist and a photographer, and we’ll also be adding models to our company as well this year is all about rebranding.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
My definition of success is getting paid for doing what you love.
