  3. MOVEMENT the more you move the healthier you will be even if that movement is just walking.
  4. DIET avoid any food that is processed believe in organic food.
  5. HEALTHY EMOTIONS Start your day by saying i want a loving heart a joyful body a clear mind. Let your day revolve around commitment stay away from negative energy anger fear and guilt.
